The Shuswap Band offices will be closed for a minimum of two weeks, from Monday, November 15th until Monday, November 29th, as we currently have three confirmed COVID-19 cases amongst staff.

There are a few types of illness going around right now, and they all have similar symptoms to COVID-19. The only way to know if your illness is COVID is to get tested. Please get tested, even if you are only experiencing one symptom and even if it is mild. Management will be checking in on staff every day and if you are feeling sick you will need a negative COVID test to return to work.
Common symptoms of COVID-19 include:
- Fever or chills
- Difficulty Breathing
- Sore Throat
- Extreme Fatigue or tiredness
- Loss of appetite
- Nausea or vomiting
