TAKE NOTICE THAT the Shuswap Indian Band has called a Ratification Vote in accordance with the Shuswap Indian Band Land Code (2014) to be held on October 29, 2020 to determine if eligible voters support the following YES/NO question:
Do you approve of the Shuswap Indian Band Land Use Plan (2020) dated October 2020?
NOTE THAT the proposed Shuswap Indian Band Land Use Plan (2020), dated September 2020 will be considered approved if a majority of eligible voters that participate in the vote approve the proposed land use plan.
